Shipping Policy

Flat-Rate Shipping

Shipping starts at $7.25, with a $9.95 rate for heavier packages. Rates are based on package weight. If an order requires multiple packages, shipping charges may be combined. Your total is shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery

Estimated transit time is 3–5 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We ship through USPS, UPS, or FedEx Ground, depending on package weight, size, and contents. We may select or change the carrier used for your shipment.

Hazardous chemicals, including chlorine and oxidizers, ship by ground service only.

Shipping Destinations

We do not ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Palau, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Damaged Shipments

If a package shows visible damage upon delivery, refuse it if possible. If you have already accepted it, keep the packaging and contact us with photos of the damage.

Returns and Exchanges

For items ordered in error or returned for reasons unrelated to our mistake or a defective product, the buyer is responsible for the original outbound shipping cost, return shipping, and shipping for any replacement items.
